I’ve sampled multiple Mindfulness courses, but the Mākoha Introduction to Mindfulness course helped me to understand Mindfulness as an experience, rather than another skill to learn. The pace of the course has made it really easy to slot into my daily routine, without having to try and ‘fit it in’. Kristina’s very human insights, as well as her clear and calming voice have been really refreshing.
