I have 2 online courses, Supporting youth anxiety and my Introduction to Mindfulness course.
Introduction to Mindfulness course
This course teaches you to live in a way that reduces stress and anxiety — and cultivate more happiness, calm and ease in your day-to-day. Join Mindfulness Educator Kristina Cavit as she supports you in developing tools to let go of unhelpful thought patterns and to practically manage even the busiest of lives.
Why Mindfulness?
Imagine having increased focus, less stress and more compassion for yourself and others.
Mindfulness is the ability to notice what is happening in the present moment, with kindness and without judgement. Mindfulness meditation helps us to be present, rather than worrying about the past and future (research shows we are happiest when we are present).
Learning about Mindfulness means learning to respond to situations with clarity, and to lessen our negative emotional reactions.
We’re all about making Mindfulness enjoyable and helping you to develop practical tools that will enable you to be calm and kind.
Who is it for?
Everyone! Whether it's to improve your social and family life or help manage work pressure, Mindfulness is an affordable and effective tool for reducing stress and anxiety and cultivating happiness.
Kristina’s introduction course serves as both an ideal entry point for beginners and a refresher for practicing meditators. It's simple, accessible and anyone can participate.

Testimonials
“I’m a walking cliche - too busy, too tired, too stressed and too highly strung. At times, I’ve struggled to sleep and get enough downtime into my life. Then I found Kristina Cavit and learnt how to stop, relax and concentrate on the important things in life via Mindfulness and meditation. I have balanced out my work with more yoga, more relaxation and more quality time. And I’ve ceased having sleep troubles.”

“I just wanted to say how grateful I am that I got to do your course. I’ve noticed such a difference in how I deal with day-to-day stresses and situations or people I have no control over. Just staying in “my business’ – it’s so good! I’m keeping up with the 10 minutes of meditation a day as well. The benefits are massive. So thank you! It’s been a little bit life-changing.”

“This work has helped me not only relax and gain peace of mind, but the yoga and mindfulness has brought me so much relief from pain related to my chronic illness. It's not hyperbole to say that the time spent with Kristina has changed the way I live my life for the better. Kristina has an amazing energy and ability to put anyone at ease. At first I was very sceptical, but once we'd done a few sessions I saw that it was an amazing tool. It's help me to relax and be less judgemental in my day-to-day to life.” -DOMINIC, 42, WRITER
