My vision

Kia ora! Whether I’m supervising, delivering trainings or giving a talk, the kaupapa is the same: I want people to feel more joy, calm and ease in their lives.

How I realise the vision

I LOVE supporting people to bring practical Mindfulness tools into even the busiest of lives. I work with individuals, businesses, schools, educators and health professionals to decrease stress and to increase happiness, focus and creativity. I believe that Mindfulness is for everyone, and I’m a big fan of making it accessible, fun and inclusive.

By practicing Mindfulness, you are developing a kinder relationship with yourself and laying the foundation for a kinder relationship with all of those around you. Thank you for starting this haerenga!

Ko wai au - Who am I

He whangai ahau, kāore au i te mohio i tōku whakapapa. Tōku pepeha e hono ana kī tōku whānau me ngā wahi e rongo ana au nō hea ahau.

This programme was really life-changing. Thank you for allowing me to see with different eyes and for my mind to release thoughts and patterns. It’s been beautiful, challenging and mind-altering.
